An Ideal 1800 Calorie Diabetic Diet

An 1800 calorie diabetic diet can be described as you only eating 1800 calories of food per day. These diabetic diets differ amongst diabetics as different people have different individual calorie needs. With calorie restriction, diabetics learn to control their blood and cholesterol levels and to follow a healthy eating habit.

By following this diet, your body gets it daily requirements of vitamins and minerals, proteins and carbohydrates for a balanced and healthy diet and lifestyle.
